Why are some students able to persevere and stay motivated, while others get discouraged more quickly?

The answer to this complex question is also not easy. Beyond individual characteristics of each student, studies show that some teaching strategies can significantly impact the activation of the brain’s motivation mechanisms.

In this webinar, Steve Masson explains these mechanisms in order to highlight some teaching strategies that are both practical and easy to apply. These strategies are especially useful for students who present more marked difficulties.
