New educational activity

Youth in Mind Foundation is offering a new FREE educational game: a full-guided game to make students think about school/work balance and help them keep that balance healthy.

Do you teach the Culture and Citizenship in Québec (CCQ) course, the Personal Orientation Project (PPO) program, or the academic and career guidance contents (COSP) in secondary school?

Here is a ready-made activity that will allow you to start talking and thinking with students about various aspects of the professional world:

  • Schedule management
  • Work organization
  • Healthy lifestyle
  • More responsibilities
  • Managing school requirements
  • Work environment and atmosphere
  • Harassment at work
  • Discriminatory behaviours
  • Health and safety at work
  • And much more!

In this tool, you will find:

  • The full printable game material (including 26 situation cards)
  • Useful information about teens working, and the impact of work on mental health
  • Detailed step-by-step instructions to help you host the activity
  • Useful resources and tools to share with students

Do you know a teacher, counselor or guidance counselor who might be interested? Share it with them!
