The 168 Hours Tool is a helpful way to visualize how many hours one spends on various areas of your  life in order to make that balance easier to achieve. It can even be fun!

We then give you some ADVICE on how to properly manage your time in 5 target areas of your life:

  • Studies and school work
  • Paid job
  • Meals
  • Sleep
  • Sports and hobbies

How to use the tool?

  1. Estimate the time you spend on each area of your life (page 1)
  2. Discuss, or think about, the time you spend on each area
  3. Read some ADVICE on how to properly manage your time (page 2-3)
  4. Set yourself an objective to manage your time in a healthier way (page 4)
  5. Find out how you can reach that goal! (page 4)
