A conductor with a heart of gold, Mélissa leads the team with a rare balance between the head and the heart: she combines discipline, empathy and a sense of justice. Thoughtful, compassionate and always willing to lend an ear, she encourages everyone to do better. She’s not only a manager, she’s a natural born leader and an amazing planner. She inspires, guides and brings people together.

Truly a radiating ball of energy, Marie-Jeanne spreads joy, creativity and empathy everywhere she goes. She’s curious, thoughtful, full of laughs and dad jokes, and she’s an important part of the team, whether she’s supporting others or acting as a driving force. Forthcoming, committed and colourful, she makes every project a success with her magical touch. A true diamond in the rough, blooming in front of our eyes!

Sweet, reassuring and ultra-efficient, Jessica is the quiet force of the team. She’s welcoming, organized and a great listener, and she has a talent for saying the right thing, or telling the right joke, at the right time. Versatile and considerate, she’s the oil in the RAP machine, and a most reliable team member, working in the shadows. She’s compassionate and quietly brilliant, radiating with finesse.

Shanna joined the team on June 4, 2025. She’s already transmitting her positive energy to the whole team! One thing’s for sure: we’re going to achieve great things together. We can’t wait to dive into all kinds of projects with her!

René is wisdom incarnate. He is a bright light, calm, a great listener, and with his sharp mind, ability for reflection and compassion, he always brings discussions to another level. His quiet calm cools down spirits, and his words inspire. He’s loyal, patient and a talented storyteller, and he infuses wisdom in every decision. A true sun among his teammates, he’s noble and profoundly human.

Guillaume stands out with his natural serenity, his ability for reflection and the way he can make the team see something differently. His adaptability, his curiosity, and his eye for details are major assets. He’s devoted, cheerful and passionate, he integrates very quickly and creates a positive atmosphere around him with his good mood and great ability for team work.

Maxime is the definition of ingenious. He’s passionate, proactive, a natural leader and a multitasking master. He combines great technical expertise and a nose for innovative ideas with a strong sense of justice. His sense of humour is contagious, he’s a great listener, he has quick wits and he inspires confidence and curiosity. Every conversation with him is rich, and every challenge finds its original solution… around a cup of coffee!

Christophe joined the team on May 26, 2025. His thoughtfulness is already adding depth to our discussions, and his calming presence is already inspiring confidence.

She’s a reliable, honest and resilient person, who brings structure and clarity to every situation, all while creating authentic relations. She will fight for the rights of young people, and she’s a quiet force, always there to help and improve the lives of others.

Julie-Han, a quiet force with a heart of gold, is a kind, thoughtful and determined person. A bit reserved at first, she is an invaluable part of the team, full of surprises and inspiring stories. She’s calm, considerate, always willing to help, and she brings harmony and serenity to the team, while always being on the look out for the needs of young people she works with.

Joanie is positively bursting with energy! She’s proactive, efficient and determined, always able to complete her mandates with enthusiasm and loyalty. She’s generous, committed, she knows how to organize events, and she always supports young people with a positive energy. Joanie is friendly, cheerful and playful, an inspiring counselor who shows courage and leadership with a smile.

Ariane, an energetic and passionate adventurer, inspires young people with her impressive creativity and her heart of gold. Committed and deeply human, she creates strong bonds and makes everyone feel special. Ariane is driven and full of ideas, always ready for new challenges, to support young people and guide them towards success.
