RAP Côte-Nord offers you a wealth of useful information to help you support young people. This toolkit was designed in collaboration with our North Shore partners. The first theme, “Mental Health, what is it?”, is an introduction to ensure that we are all on the same page! The other five themes address more specific aspects of mental health with simple and effective tips and tricks.
